Learning English – a survey for new arrivals from Hong Kong

This survey is for new arrivals from Hong Kong coming to Yorkshire and Humber via the British National Oversees (BNO) visa route. The survey is being conducted by Migration Yorkshire, which is leading on the Hong Kong Welcome Programme in Yorkshire and Humber.

If you complete this survey, you will help us to support planning local provision for new arrivals from Hong Kong and ensure that English learning needs are met.

This survey is anonymous; we will not collect any personal information about you. When we have the results from the survey, we will share the anonymised (aggregated) data with local authorities (councils), appropriate government departments and other organisations involved in the design and delivery of English language provision.

There are 15 questions. We estimate you will need 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. If there are any other adults in your household aged 19+, they are also welcome to complete the questionnaire. Please complete one questionnaire per adult.
