Support during lockdown - parents / carers of children with SEND

Lockdown 2020 - your families experience

Children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities across Leeds are being asked to feedback their experiences of the Coronavirus Lockdown by completing a short survey. In November 2020 students from the special inclusive learning centres (SILC’s) will be feeding back to the SEND Partnership Board about the different experiences during the lockdown, and a full written report will also be presented.
The SEND Partnership Board are representatives from Health, Education, Social Care and other partners who provide a service for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. We would also like to share with the board members the experiences of parents / carers during lockdown as well as children and young people.
We would really appreciate it if you could take five minutes complete our short survey and share your experience, as a parent / carer of a child with special educational needs and disabilities, of the coronavirus lockdown.
The deadline for responses is the 23rd October 2020.
