Concerns Resolution Process
The Leeds Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP) is reviewing how effectively the Concerns Resolution Process is understood and applied across the partnership.
Recent reviews have highlighted the need to seek assurance that the Concerns Resolution process continues to effectively support practitioners, where professional disagreements arise.
To strengthen our collective practice and ensure timely, coordinated responses for children and young people we are seeking your feedback.
This short survey aims to gather insights from practitioners and managers about their awareness, understanding and use of the Concerns Resolution Process. Your responses will help us identify barriers to escalation, understand what works well, and shape further support, training, and engagement. The findings will be reviewed by the Review Advisory Group (RAG) and will inform future recommendations to improve multi-agency safeguarding practice.
We appreciate your time in completing this survey and for contributing to improving safeguarding practice across Leeds.
