Parent Carer Survey: Experiences of Children and Young People with SEND in Mainstream Settings

Introduction

This survey aims to gather feedback from parent carers about their experiences with the support provided to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in mainstream educational settings. Your responses will help us understand what is working well and where improvements can be made.

This year we plan to launch our Inclusive mainstream practice guidance. This survey will be repeated annually to help measure the impact.

Instructions

It should take you about 5 minutes to answer all the questions. The last day that you can respond is Friday 10th October 2025.
