Club Support Grant: Application Form

Leeds Sports Grants are administered by Leeds Sports Federation on behalf of Leeds City Council.

Please refer to the guidance notes and criteria for further information. All questions must be answered in full before an application can be considered. Write ‘N/A’ if the question is ‘not applicable’. Please note the closing dates for applications.

Privacy notice (data protection)
The information you provide on this form will only be used in order for our panel to assess your grant application, inform you of your application being successful/unsuccessful and to provide your club with your grant money. The council is the data controller of the information you provide and we are processing this data, contractually, in order to provide this service.

We will share your information with a representative from Sport Leeds, Yorkshire Sport Foundation and Leeds Sports Federation who are on the panel to assess all applications, they will not see any contact information or bank account details, these will only be used by our Leeds City Council Officers to contact you regarding your application and administer the funding should you be successful. The information you provide will be held until all successful grants have been issued, after this it will be destroyed. We will need to keep details of successful clubs and the money rewards as well as financial details of the payment to the club for a period of 7 years in line with financial regulations for audit purposes.
