Leeds City Council and your local councillors are looking to make improvements to Holbeck Moor and we would like to know your views and ideas about how you think we should improve it.
All fully completed surveys will be entered into a free prize draw to win a supermarket voucher. There will be a 1st prize of £100 and a second prize of £50
This survey is anonymous and we do not ask for or record anything that can be used to identify you as an individual.
