Business Support and Innovation@Leeds Grants Programme 2025-2026

Introduction

Leeds City Council is excited to announce the launch of the Innovating, Enterprising and Thriving Programme for 2025-2026. This revenue grant programme builds on the Innovation@Leeds grants programme and localised business support activities funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) from 2022 to early 2025.  

Leeds City Council is welcoming applications for funding grants from organisations in the public, private, and third sectors.

You must read the guidance document before proceeding with your application. 

Instructions

It should take you about 40 to 60 minutes to answer all the questions.

You can save your response at any time using the 'Save for Later' button at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to provide an email address and you will be sent a link which you can use to return to complete later. 

The last day that you can submit an application is Sunday 27th July 2025.

Privacy notice (data protection)

This data is being collected to enable Leeds City Council to understand the scope of project participation and to meet the criteria of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, which funds this project. 

The information you provide will be stored securely and retained for a period of 6 years from the end of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund Programme (until 2032, subject to any review), after which it will be disposed of securely in accordance with Leeds City Council Retention and Destruction Schedule. Leeds City Council is the Data Controller of the programme.

The Council will share information with West Yorkshire Combined Authority, as the Lead Local Authority for UK Shared Prosperity Fund, for monitoring and evaluation purposes. 

Our software supplier, SmartSurvey Ltd, will also process your data on our behalf but will never use these for its own purposes.
