Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Forum Re-designation
This consultation is from the Neighbourhood Planning Team at Leeds City Council.
Introduction
The Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Forum was designated for the purposes of neighbourhood planning in February 2016. A forum designation lasts for five years, so the Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Forum was re-designated in August 2021. The forum has now applied to the council to be formally re-designated in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended). Re-designation will enable the Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Plan, which has successfully been through independent examination, proceed to Referendum within the Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Area, which remains unchanged.
Please note that if the re-designation is made, no other organisation or body may be designated for the Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
You can view the application for re-designation by visiting the Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Plan webpage. You can find out more about neighbourhood planning by visiting the council's general neighbourhood planning webpage.
