Transport Supplementary Planning Document Consultation

This survey is from the Planning Policy Team at Leeds City Council.
The focus of this Transport SPD is to amplify planning policies in relation to street design and adoption, travel planning, public transport requirements, parking provision and dealing with cumulative impact of developments. In March 2019 the Council passed a motion to declare a Climate Emergency to make Leeds Carbon Neutral by 2030, by promoting sustainable transport and travel across Leeds and making new developments sustainable. This Transport Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) is to update four existing Transport Related SPD's.
