We need your help to find out what activities young people in your area like to do and want to do, so we ask that you take a few minutes to fill in this short survey.
This survey is important as it gives you the opportunity to have your say on what goes on in your local community. We will use your ideas and feedback to make sure that we provide the right activities, in the right places, at the right times.
