Dementia Friendly Cross Gates Businesses

Introduction

We want to understand the current knowledge and awareness of Dementia in Cross Gates and surrounding areas. Completing this survey will support the Cross Gates Local Care Partnership to identify areas of focus for engagement and training opportunities for those who live and work in the area to increase our collective knowledge and awareness, to make Cross Gates Dementia Friendly.

The Local Care Partnerships (LCP) is the term used in Leeds to describe our model of joined-up working to deliver local care for local people; working in and with local communities.
