Carlton Neighbourhood Forum Re-designation 2026
This consultation is from the Neighbourhood Planning Team at Leeds City Council.
Introduction
The Carlton Village Neighbourhood Forum was first designated in October 2015, and Re-Designated in April 2021. A forum designation lasts for five years; therefore, the forum has applied to the council to be formally re-designated in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended). Re-designation will enable the forum to continue to prepare the neighbourhood plan for the Carlton Neighbourhood Area, which remains unchanged.
Please note that if the re-designation is made, no other organisation or body may be designated for the Carlton Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
You can view the application for re-designation by visiting the Carlton Neighbourhood Plan webpage. You can find out more about neighbourhood planning by visiting the council's general neighbourhood planning webpage.
