Online Directories Survey

Introduction

Thank you for participating in our user research survey. 

The survey is designed to understand how you search the internet and use online directories to find the services you need. 

What is an Online Directory? An online directory is a digital platform that lists various businesses, organisation and services. These directories are categorised to help users easily find specific services, such as healthcare providers, support services, tradespeople, and more.

Examples of online directories to find services available across Leeds are; Leeds Directory,  Money Information Service, and Connected Seacroft to name a few.

Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the way online directories serve the community. Thank you for your time and insights!

Instructions

It should take you about 5 to 10 minutes to answer all the questions. The last day that you can respond is Sunday 31st August 2025.

Privacy notice (data protection)

The information provided will be used by Leeds City Council (as data controller) to understand how you search the internet and use online directories to find the services you need. We will keep your information safe and secure in line with UK data protection law. Your data will be processed by the relevant teams within Leeds City Council. Our software supplier, SmartSurvey Ltd, will also process your data on our behalf but will never use these for its own purposes.
