Introduction

As part of the Customer Transformation Programme (CTP), Leeds City Council (LCC) would like to know more about how people sign in to online accounts and how they receive updates.

Your answers will help us design a Customer Portal with a login and notification experience that works for different needs and preferences.

The questions in this survey are about any online accounts, not just LCC online accounts.

Instructions

It should take you about 7 to 10 minutes to answer all the questions. The last day that you can respond is Friday 19th June 2026.
