Leeds Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information Advice Support Service (SENDIASS)
Young People Survey
SENDIASS provide children, young people and parents and carers with information, advice and support about special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities. The service can support young people to understand SEND processes and take part in decisions about their SEN and disability support.

If you have not heard of the service and would like to find out more  you can watch the short animation from the Council for Disabled Children about IAS services below. You can find out further information about the way our services support young people by clicking on this link to the Information Advice Support Service website.

You can look at our SENDIASS website to see examples of the information, advice and support we provide. The website provides information about SEND support in schools and colleges and information about processes such as applying for education, health and care plans (EHCP) along with other SEND topics.

In the survey we would like to ask you what information, advice and support is important to you. This will help us to develop our information, advice and support service to make sure we include more of what you need.
